Delivery Methods

 

After entering your address in the cart, you can choose one of the following delivery methods:

  1. At the Sofia Lark store: 17 Blaumaņa Street, Riga  (free of charge)

  2. Via an Omniva parcel locker

 

 Or contact us and we’ll find another delivery method that suits you.

 

 

 

Returns and Exchanges


30-day return period

  • You may use our extended 30-day return period instead of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (from the date you receive the product).

Return conditions

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, complete and in its original packaging (excluding the mailing bag).

  • Returns do not apply to products made to individual order or clearly personalised, unless a defect is found. 

How to initiate a return

  1. Contact us: info@lauralark.lv or +371 22066496 (provide your order number, first and last name, and reason for return).

  2. You will receive return instructions (address, packaging, etc.).

  3. Send the parcel back in accordance with the instructions provided.

Costs and refunds

  • If the return is not due to an error or defect on our part, the buyer covers the return shipping costs.

  • In the case of a defective or incorrect product, we cover the return costs.

  • We issue refunds using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. We have the right to withhold the refund until the product has actually been received.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange a product (size/colour, etc.), please specify this in your return request—we will offer a solution and delivery options.
